Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the e-GMIT LMS, users agree to comply with these Terms of Service and institutional policies.

2. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts, passwords, and academic activities performed through the platform.

3. Acceptable Use

Users must not misuse the LMS platform, distribute harmful content, violate intellectual property rights, or engage in unauthorized access attempts.

4. Academic Integrity

All coursework, submissions, and examinations conducted through the LMS must comply with GMIT academic integrity regulations.

5. Service Availability

GMIT may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, upgrades, security, or operational reasons without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

GMIT shall not be liable for temporary interruptions, data loss caused by user negligence, or external third-party service failures.
